We recently moved our family to Ammon from Washington State. We had a lot of beautiful homes to look at and choose from. After looking at many new homes, we picked the one that we felt was the best quality and value. It was constructed by Platinum Construction. After several visits to our new house before closing, we had the opportunity to meet and work with Cody Fresh from Platinum Construction. He was very helpful is his detailed description of our new house and any questions or concerns we had. This has continued well after the closing of our home. Three weeks after finalizing our purchase of the home, Debbie was diagnosed with breast cancer. We have had many things to concern ourselves with through the surgeries and treatments. It has been great having Cody and Platinum Construction help us with our home so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We’ve all heard the hype, building a new home can be a stressful mess, full of headaches and nothing but problems. After doing business with Platinum Construction I can honestly say it was not an experience I’d like to forget, but one I’ll always want to remember! From the courteous professionalism to the solid consistency of feedback and communication, there was never a time I felt like I was left in the dark. I can say without a doubt that I would not hesitate to do business with Platinum Construction again.
We had a lot of our own ideas regarding the look and style of our home. We didn’t want it to look run-of-the-mill. Working with Cody was super because he allowed us the freedom to make our own choices and participate in the design process, and he was open to trying new things. We also sincerely appreciate that Cody has the same eye for a quality product as we do. We love our new home and know that we couldn’t have made it happen without him.
I was always told horror stories about contractors in our area. So when I decided to build, I was extremely concerned about the reliability of a contractor and the ability of that person to finish the job in our rural area. Cody (the owner of the company) made the process of building a home better than I could have imagined. His attention to detail is a key factor in an amazing home. I actually think he was more concerned about rare small imperfections than I was concerned about them. He walks you through the process with a little hand holding at times when needed. I never felt like he was taking advantage of me in anyway. If you want to build a home, I highly recommend Cody and Platinum Construction. I honestly don’t leave many reviews of things, but can’t help it with the effort Cody put into building our dream home.
I had Platinum Construction build my house at the end of 2007 and it was finished in January 2008. While building my home I decided to upgrade my countertops, finish a family room in the basement, and make my driveway way bigger than planned. I still came in under budget by about six thousand dollars. They’re good to work with and met all my expectations and more. I would recommend Platinum Construction to everyone.
We have been extremely pleased with the construction of our custom home by Platinum Construction. We were able to speak with them and show them pictures of things we wanted in our home and they did a great job in constructing the home to match our ideas. They were friendly and easy to work with and always were willing to listen to what we wanted in our home.
Cody built our house in 2014. He was very efficient with lining up the subcontractors and getting our house completed in 4.5 months. It’s an extremely beautiful custom home. Cody accommodated our every request and provided great oversight on the work. We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend Platinum construction to anyone.
We had Platinum Const build our home two years ago. the service and quality was amazing. So much so that when we had an opportunity to purchase a cabin built by platinum construction we jumped at the chance and bought it as well. Currently Platinum is building a barn for us and as usual they are exceeding our expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend platinum const for all your building needs.
